Gov. Steve Bullock released his plan for re-opening Montana Wednesday, as well as guidelines for individuals and organizations to follow during the reopening.

The plan is broken into three phases, with phase one going into effect Sunday with the lifting of the stay-at-home order. There is no timeline for when phases two and three might go into effect.

Phase one

In phase one, places of worship can open Sunday with reduced capacity and strict physical distancing. Other places of assembly such as movie theaters, concert halls and bowling alleys will remain closed.

足球滚球比分Restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries and casinos can open May 4 under physical distancing and reduced capacity protocols, and bars, restaurants and casinos must close by 11:30 p.m.

Capacity for restaurants must be limited to half of normal operating capacity, and tables should be limited to six people. In bars, customers must sit at a table.

Establishments must allow for 6 feet between groups or tables.

For quick service restaurants, in-house dining will remain closed. Self-service buffets will be closed and self-service condiments should be eliminated.

足球滚球比分Drink refills will not be allowed and cups, and straws and lids should be behind a counter and handed to customers.

足球滚球比分Retail businesses can open Monday with reduced capacity and social distancing.

Gyms, pools and hot tubs will remain closed.

Schools can choose to reopen May 7, but decisions on reopening will be up to local school boards. Schools will receive full funding even if they don’t reopen, Bullock said Wednesday.

Livingston School District officials could not be reached Thursday morning for their response to Bullock’s school directive.

足球滚球比分Vulnerable individuals, including people over age 65 and those with serious underlying health conditions, should continue to stay at home.

When in public, all individuals should maximize physical distance from others, and people should avoid gatherings of more than 10 people in circumstances that don’t allow for social distancing.

Non-essential travel should be minimized, and people traveling to Montana from out of state will still have to quarantine for 14 days, Bullock said at a press conference Wednesday.

足球滚球比分Employers should continue to encourage telecommuting when possible and accommodate alternate work schedules to adhere to social distancing.

Visits to senior and assisted living facilities will continue to be prohibited.

Child care facilities can be open, but should follow guidelines for operational levels and occupancy.

足球滚球比分For all businesses, health assessments must be conducted for all employees at the beginning of each shift.

Physical distancing of 6 feet must be maintained between non-household customers.

For establishments that have customers wait in a line, non-household customers should be physically distanced. Waiting areas where social distancing cannot be maintained must be closed.

足球滚球比分Personal care businesses such as hair salons and tattoo parlors should screen customers before appointments for COVID-19 symptoms, and staff and customers should use face masks when practical.

Service provider stations should be 6 feet away from each other.

Phase two

In phase two, gatherings may expand to 50 people, and gyms, pools and hot tubs can become operational.

Other places of assembly can open under the group size restrictions and with physical distancing in place.

Restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries and casinos remain in the same operational status as phase one, but can increase capacity to 75 percent and limit tables to 10 people, although they still must provide for physical distancing between parties.

In-house dining for quick service restaurants should remain closed if they can’t meet the guidelines.

足球滚球比分Vulnerable individuals should continue to stay home, and the non-essential travel guidelines remain in place.

Visits to senior and assisted living facilities will continue to be prohibited.

足球滚球比分Child care facilities can increase capacity as long as physical distancing guidelines can be followed.

Telecommuting will continue to be encouraged.

足球滚球比分Organized youth activities should avoid gathering in groups of more than 50 people.

Businesses must continue to follow the guidelines outlined in phase one.

Phase three

In phase three, interstate tourism travel can resume, and campgrounds, group use facilities, playgrounds and visitor centers can be fully open.

足球滚球比分There is no limit on group size in phase three, but people should consider minimizing time spent in crowded environments and contact time with others.

“Vulnerable individuals can resume public interactions, but should practice physical distancing, and continue to take precautionary measures,” the plan said.

Workplaces can return to full staffing, and visits to senior care facilities can resume.

In phase three, restaurants should continue to practice social distancing when practical, but can resume normal occupancy.

In all phases, restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries and casinos must have a specific cleaning plan, and employees must be trained in proper sanitation. All occupied surfaces must be cleaned between customers, as well as menus and gaming machines.

Table items such as condiments, menus, napkins and decor should be removed from tables unless they can be adequately cleaned between customers.
